Lent and Fasting?

Many are still not knowing so we started street teachings and visiting all the houses and teaching the word of God and invited them for hearing the truth to protect their souls. After the street prayers we have conducted a Gospel meeting near Ganeshpalem, few people have attended the meeting.

We have preached regarding Lent days, when Jesus supposedly fasted and that do we need to follow Lent days. We have reminded that our focus remains on speaking where the Bible speaks. Lent is a tradition and not a command by the God.

A few people accepted and some are still thinking we need celebrations so that God will be pleased, they say all the religions have festivals so we also celebrate festival Easter and Christmas.

Please pray for this community to seek the truth. We are planning to go few more time to study bible with these people. Amen
